Terri has been a part of the St. Louis advertising community for 31 years, while at the same time enjoying success as a former professional dancer and model.
For 19 years, Terri’s was the first voice you heard or first face you saw at Glennon, one of the most successful advertising agencies in St. Louis in the late 80’s and early 90’s. For the past 12 years, Terri has been the receptionist and travel director for Rodgers Townsend, an Omnicom agency, and arguably one of the busiest, fastest-growing and most award-winning local agencies in the St. Louis metro. Along the way, Terri found time to forge a career in entertainment. She was a St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Girl for two seasons, including the World Series-winning season of ’82. For many years, Terri cheered on the St. Louis Football Cardinals as part of the Big Red Line and for five years, she was one of the St. Louis Steamers’ Steam Heat Dancers. In addition to her professional dancing career, Terri also has been a model for runway, print and TV, while lending her voice to a variety of radio commercials. She has danced and sang with a local show band and now helps book that band for gigs. Despite her busy dual-career, Terri’s always found time to give back to the community. As a volunteer, she’s worked with a wide range of local charities, including The Salvation Army, St. Patrick Center, The Dream Factory, MS Society, The Arthritis Foundation and others. Since 1998, Terri has been President of the Board for Children’s Wishing Well Foundation, an all-volunteer, non-profit organization committed to granting the wishes of chronically and terminally ill children in our community. In her spare time, Terri enjoys spending time with her husband Don, and family, and friends. |
